Toni Jones, Founder & CEO
Toni Jones is the founder of Excellent Way Solutions LLC, a virtual operational excellence consulting firm. Over the past 18 years, she has refined her leadership and critical-thinking skills as an improvement professional for small businesses and churches, focusing on developing and advancing enterprise operations. After spending over 15 years at CareSource, where she rose to the position of Sr. Director, she gained extensive knowledge in health plan operations, quality, and compliance.
Toni graduated with honors from Spelman College with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Delaware, and holds a Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Additionally, she is a Certified Life Coach. As an avid learner and evaluator, she leverages her academic and professional experiences in executive coaching and strategic project management to drive organizational change.
Karin VanZant, VP Strategy & Development
Karin VanZant, VP of Strategy & Development, has dedicated the past 30 years to working with low-income individuals, nonprofit organizations, and healthcare experts to build cohesive ecosystems of support and transformation. Her career began at a local Community Action Agency as a Licensed Social Worker and has evolved to the executive level at a large national health plan. Over the last 20 years, she has engaged in executive coaching and strategic project management at both state and national levels, collaborating with leadership across government, social services, faith-based organizations, higher education, and health plans.
Karin holds a bachelor's in social work and a master's degree in public administration from Wright State University. Additionally, she has taught for 16 years at Antioch University in the human services and health & wellness departments, emphasizing the principles of virtual operational excellence.
